HOME IS HERE. We stand in solidarity with Dreamers. After years of victories, fights and lawsuits, the Supreme Court finally decided the way Trump ended the DACA program was reckless and unreasonable. This means DACA survives today and over 700,000 Dreamers are protected…for now. DACA or the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals is a United States immigration policy that shields young undocumented immigrants —who often arrived at a very young age in circumstances beyond their control—from deportation. Almost 30,000 Dreamers are healthcare workers, battling COVID-19. Dreamers are business owners, lawyers, professors, scientists, and students. Dreamers are part of our communities. And they’re fighting every single day for a better life while making our country better. Under today’s ruling, the program is resetting to its original 2012 mandate, saying new applications MUST be accepted. (Although the DHS still has yet to confirm this.) The Trump administration will most likely try to end DACA again. So in doing our part to protect Dreamers – we’re giving away 4 Off-White x Emerson Collective “We Are All Dreamers” tees. To enter to win, make a donation to the ACLU (link in bio) and DM a screenshot of your donation along with your size (L or XL). We’ll randomly select 4 winners on Monday, June 22nd at Noon ET. Keep on Dreaming.
